How to set one megamenu group for multiple storeviews

Hello… I`m building a multishop with one store for every EU country (because not every product may show up in every country), and in every shop I want to have one storeview in the national language plus one in english. The mega menu itself would be the same for every country, so I´d use the english megamenu more than 20 times… Is there a possibility to choose more than one storeviews for the megamenu group? In the dropdown I can mark only ONE storeview. Which means I´d have to build a lot of (big!) duplicates, because there´s no button for duplicating…
Any idea?
