Hello, you can select which stores to migrate but, if you decide to exclude a website, you can exclude customers, orders, invoices, shippings … from that website ?

Hi Sergio,
Yes, if you use our UB Data Migration Pro, once you exclude a website, then customers, orders, invoices etc., from such website will be automatically excluded.
