Add menu item button missing

The add menu item is missing in my back end. So I can’t configure the megamenu.
According to the instructions it should be there, but it is not.
Please help.

I checked MegaMall at localhost and I can not reproduce the issue as you mention. Please provide us your credential account, ftp and password for debug the issue on your site.
