Adding a static block in category page

This change will collapse the product view.

If you Insert the right column the center content will shrink and layout will collapse

Please advice

I have changed the widths and margins of the template, I understand that it breaks the layout, but I will then fix it.

The idea is for the client to have an right side bar so he can insert Banners with links. I want to put 3 static block on the right side bar so then they can update them when ever they want.

Could you please explain to me how to insert a 3 column so I can put the static block there. I want to try to see if I can manage to to do this.
