after data migration customer login not working

Hi there,

I can not able login to my M2 site with same login credentials.

Please help to cross check to make sure your customer credentials work fine in Magento 1 once more.
Also please note that after migrating customers from Magento1 website to Magento 2 websites, if you have not selected ‘Merge Default Websites’ options in the step #2 of our tool, you must assign the migrated website as the default website in your M2 instance after migration. And then, the migrated customers should be able to login normally.
PS. Other users have completed their data migration without any customer login issue as you mentioned.

Hi there, 
If you already check your M1 credentials and migrated store as per our reply #1, please provide us following credentials below: 

• Your Magento 1 URL so that we can verify login issue further
• SSH credentials of your Magento 2 instance and let us know the path of your web root folder
• If possible, please provide us PHPmyadmin credentials of both M1 and M2 databases

Also, kindly confirm this refers to Magento 1 customer?
