yes i already install it but not working on my jm flannel theme ~

You can try to switch default theme (JM Flannel) to default magento theme and see whether that extension works or not.

If it works with default magento theme, you can PM me admin and ftp credentials of your site, I will check it further.

default magenta theme i seen extensions is working but after switch to jm flannel its not working ~ ~ i ll pm you ftp info

I try going through backend settings of your site but I can’t find that Social_Slide extension, even in System > Configuration > Advanced

Could you tell me where I can see its configuration and send me some screenshots of how it should work?

another problem is this..

after installation, system > configuration > advanced and show module list , also i didnt see Social_slide module or another i already installed component..

But we don’t have any extension called ‘Social_slide’ in this JM Flannel theme, you should contact its provider for better help this case.

I just want to update my findings here. It due to the Magento Compiler. I just disabled it via Admin > System > Tools > Compilation page

Please have a look and try to install your own extension again and let me know how it goes.
