Just curious, are any new themes in development, you seem to be very pleased with the Techzone theme, but we paid for a subscription service to have new themes as well as access to the old.

Hi Antony Morrow,
We’re in progress to make Techzone available for Magento 2 now. Techzone is our first multipurpose theme so we face more bugs and obstacles when dealing with this theme development since Magento 1. And actually it comprises 6 themes in one, so it also takes us more resources.
Meanwhile, it took us extra work to handle update and maintenance for our current theme collection (70+ items).
At this phase, we’re working hard to get extensions for Magento 2 theme ready. As you might see our first Content Slider extension for Magento 2 is available now. Megamenu development is in progress and more to be added soon.
