assign blocks or widgets to store view

Hi Kurtz,

1. what is the roadmap to add widget/blocks to storeviews ?

That refers to the core feature of Mgento 2. Please follow the M2 official guide once again here: https://docs.magento.com/user-guide/cms/widgets.html

​2. is there any option where main store view settings overrule other store views ?​

Could you please provide additional info so that I could understand your context? 

What I did is next:
english widget is assigned to:
1. Main website store / default store view
2. English store Europe / English store EU store view
Previously the english widget was assigned to All store views
Dutch widget is assigned to
1. Nederlandse store view + 5 other store views
In widget options the correct block are assigned to correct widgets.
On frontend the English Header Customer Phone is shown correctly on Main website store + English store Europe
Dutch store view shows nothing.

Please provide me URL and admin credentials of your M2 instance, I will check and get back to you then.
