I’m finding a lot of my clients are spanish speaking. If I wanted to change for example "Add to Cart" to spanish and say the top menu of "My account, My wish list, My cart" to spanish as well whats the easiest way to do this. I’m trying to find it in the files however the file structure of magento is not the simplest 
Or is there a way to translate entire site to spanish a easy way?

is there anything else to this template that needs to be done additional to video instructions? which are pretty basic in the admin > configuration options.

In that video guide, he doesnot mention about how to create new store which uses that second language. After installing language pack, please create your own store and assign as in that video.
