Hello guys, we are having problems saving the “JM Base Theme” admin panel, on Configuration (with link colors, etc), it says : “An error occurred while saving the profile!”
The Console doesn’t throw any other info, besides the fact that you can see clealry that there are like ‘broken’ images on the file uploader for background images (browser icon for an image with a wrong path), and the hexadecimal colors are not properly sent when the POST occurs (Firebug waring).
Any ideas?
Thanks,

Hi
I need a closer look to detect the root of the issue. Please provide me the url, admin and FTP credentials of your site..
Best regards.
Kan
Sent private message with infos. Will update here for future reference.
Hi, I just logged in and tried to save something, but the same error message appears (after flushing all caches).
What do you think the problem can be?
Maybe if you log in and try to save something you’ll see the error message, maybe there you can have some more clues.
Looking better thanks.
However, the URLs for the social buttons on the footer, even if they are saved on the backend, do not show on the frontend (I flushed the caches, even if we have no cache enabled).
What can be wrong?
Usually, an empty value would hide the button, but they keep on there.
And Facebook and Twitter, with saved values, won’t work on the frontend (no URLs is ouput).
Please help!
All working now, that footer part is controlled elsewhere.
Thanks!
Hi Jan
You can go to admin-> CMS -> static blocks -> Brands,
