I’m trying to save or set a default profile but it says that it cannot be saved.

"an error occurred while creating the profile"

please advise

Hi fenix,

I guess it’s a permission issue there, you could try to make the folder of app\design\frontend\default\jm_sporty\profiles\loc al and all it’s sub-folders writable.
if that does not help, you can pm me your url, admin account as well as FTP info, I shall check it further for you.

Thanks Sherlock,

I looked into it and it was the permissions for the folders that are specifically for each different style. the configs.
