Change main title font color & background of middle body + CSS

1) How can i change the color of the font from the main navigation title. (The link) please see image.

2) I was able to change the back ground color but not the edge background when you are viewing a category or a product. see image

3) can i make the line on the top keep repeating it self? so that is could go all across the page.
