I want to change "Welcome to our page" and "top features" boxes that are listed in the frontpage.
I found theri values in the database and I edited them with phpmyadmin but it doesnt take effect? What should I do thnaks..

You can change it following way below :
1. Login admin account to view backend.
2. On CMS select "Statis blocks" link:
3. Find 2 blocks "Welcome to our page" and "top features" and edit their content -> Save Block
