Continued 404's on Nginx w/ M2.1.2 & UB 3.0.1

Hi there,
I have a magento2 v2.1 site which I had the latest 2.x version of UB Data Migration installed. All worked well.
Then I updated to M2.1.2 and installed 3.0.1 of UB Data Migration. Magento itself works fine. The Data migration tool gives me continued 404’s. I have double checked nginx configurations, the data migration nginx.conf.  I have run the following:
php -f bin/magento module:enable --clear-static-content Ubertheme_Ubdatamigration
php -f bin/magento setup:upgrade
php -f bin/magento setup:di:compile
php -f bin/magento cache:clean
php -f bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
php -f bin/magento indexer:reindex
php -f bin/magento cache:clean
I also made sure all files have proper ownership and permissions
Still getting the 404s. Note -- I had the previous version running fine, only the update broke something. my nginx configs did not change.
Any ideas?
