Can I copy products from one magento sites to other. This can be helpful if I am changing the template

Hello guy
you can current database for other site:
1) export all tables which relate with products and import into the database of other site
2) or you can all tables of current site, you change some configuration in the #_core_config_data, ( pls open this table to view detail data) to use for the other site
How to export tables? Sorry for the silly question, but I an not a very techie guy.
