Is it possible to alter the position of the cross sell?
I have attached 2 images. cross-sell1.jpg is where it is now
cross-sell2.jpg is how I would like it to be

Dear Wayne,
I received your PM on Joomlart’s forum. I’ve updated on your site. I edited file /app/design/frontend/default/jm_summer/template/checkout/cart.phtml and backup it on cart.phtml_BakupbyJoom. Now it works fine:

Also I edited file /skin/frontend/default/jm_summer/css/styles.css to style for some socials icon on your site:

I tried what you said but it gives the error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/rugshopdirect/public_html/app/design/frontend/default/jm_summer/template/checkout/cart.phtml on line 167
