I use The migration Too for my magento 2.2.3 but we cant iport the customer Data. All other Data Work fine only the customer data.
can we get a bugfix?

Do you see any error message on data migration of step #6 (migrate customers) ?
You could re-check in the log file of our tool at path: pub/ub-tool/protected/runtime/ub_data_migration.log
And tell me more information about that. I will check further and help you out.

The log say migration complete but i haven any customer in the backend and in the Database is complete only in the backend i cant see them

Please note that, to see the migrated customers you must re-index your data after migrated successfully.
Kindly do full steps as indicated in Reame.html

That is strange. Please try reindex your data manual by run the CLI command below:
php -f bin/magento indexer:reindex
php -f bin/magento cache:clean
If the issue still persists, please provide me information about your instance as followings:
+ Admin credentials and back-end url
+ SSH credentials and web root path to your Magento2 folder
