I purchased and used the tool for customer migration from 1.7 to 2.07 Mage,
I have followed the steps for “valid/invalid” updates and re-indexed etc But still get a blank grid
I have also changed the store id to “0” for admin that were changed to 1
Would you know if any other areas I could check like Customer EAV attributes or anything else that would affect this
My old store id was 1 but now it is 3 and I have changed wherever I can on Customer tables but still no luck I get “no such entity” when trying to re-index customer grid
Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Why you don’t use the latest version 2.1.6 of Magento 2 CE?

You shouldn’t do that. What steps you have do before start data migration with our tool? Is your Magento1’s database is live database?
You should re-start with all with steps as bellow:
- Download the latest version of our tool -- v3.0.7
- Install a Magento2 fresh instance with latest version.
- Install our tool and start data migration with all steps indicated in the Readme.html
And tell me know how it goes.

Hi,
Having this problem as well.
Followed all the steps suggested. But I got an empty customer grid.
When I reindex the “customer_grid” I’m getting “no such entity”.
Basically I migrated just the customer from 1.9 to 2.1.7 to an existing mag 2 instance with 3 store views.
Checked the merge default but 2 more store views have been created. When I delete them I got the empty customer grid.
Any idea?

Please note that, our tool only merges default website, default store and default store view on it when that option selected.

You should not delete the store views migrated because your customers migrated belong to that stores views.
Followed all the steps suggested. But I got an empty customer grid.
That because you have not reindex data migrated successfully yet.
When I reindex the “customer_grid” I’m getting “no such entity”.
Seem that issue happened after you have deleted some stores migrated.
You should reset all and restart data migration from steps #2 -> #8.
