We’ve migrated our customer data from M1 to M2.
However, customer logins are not working on M2.
Please advise urgently.

We assumed that you have completed the migration and performed all required steps (including the reindex step, etc.) as noted in the Readme manual.
Regarding the customer login issue, please help to check once again on the following points:
- Make sure the customer credentials are correct, and you can log in to your M1 instance with such credentials normally.
- Check if you’re trying to log in to a website that differs from the one that your customer signed up for? As you know, if you did not select the Merge Default Website setting (in Step 2 — Migration Settings | Sites, Stores), then migrated data will be ported to a separate website. In this case — if you have not selected ‘Merge Default Websites’ options in step #2 of our tool — you must assign the migrated website as the default website in your M2 instance after migration. And then, the migrated customers should be able to log in normally.
