Customizing Contact Us

Hi florinel.
You try following instructions:
1. Copy contacts folder from app\design\frontend\base\defaulttemplate to app\design\frontend\default\jm_morganitetemplate
2. Open form.phtml in app\design\frontend\default\jm_morganitetemplate\ contacts, then add some fields as you want.
