I have installed Data Migration pro extension on live site http://dev2.excelrc.com and it won’t show any front-end instead it is displaying my own store in it. Please check this link “https://i.imgur.com/f9f711X.jpg”While on local it is displaying like “https://screenshots.firefox.com/IgQ7UDJjrQeWl6DK/dev2.excelrc.com”.

Please remove ” from the third URL end of the links your editor is adding it automatically in the last of links Thanks.

Hi there,
Kindly re-check, if your web server is Nginx, you must do some extra settings for Nginx server with steps as indicated in Readme.html (included in your downloaded package)
If your web server is Apache, you could re-check the folders and files permission after installed our tool.
After re-check. if the issue still persists lets provide me information about your instance as followings:
+ Admin credentials and back-end url
+ SSH credentials and web root path to your Magento2 folder

If you use NGINX server, please follow the setup guide in the Readme.html instruction as Mall mentioned.
In case of apache server, you can take a look at this ticket to learn more about files/folder permission.
PS. As mentioned a few times, you will need to have your subscription renewed. Our technical support requires active subscription though.
