I managed to delta migrate step 6 and 7. I would like to know if step 8 is needed? We added some tax classes in Magento 2 and I dont know if this wil cause for any problems?

That doesn’t affect the delta migration in step #8 of our migration tool. If you have changed (edit/add) in M1 for the data objects listing in the step #8’s setting of our migration tool, you should do delta migration in step #8 to get updates for those in M2.
