For some reason i cannot download the PSD files, I am just going round in circles.
The website tells me i have no permissions & to goto the member area to download, i goto the member area click download which takes me back to the downloads section which again tells me i have no permissions and should goto the member area to download

Its OK i am a paid member and just got this message below on my email and all is fine now:
I am sorry for the inconvenience. We have just updated the download system and some purchases on 15/16 Feb need to be manually updated. Your account is now fixed. Please go to the Member Area >> Your payment history and download again.
You still show up as unlicenced member, try contacting customer support to make sure they activate your account.

Maybe the user title "Unlicense Member" of plasticam has caused the confusion for you. Because of the complexity of the member engine + vbulletin, currently the system have not been updated the correct title for Magento Single Product download. The obstacle happen when we can not assign member with single product payment to any usergroup in Vbulletin.
I have not figured it our a way but certainly I will work on this tomorrow so that the usertitle of Single product purchase customer will make more sense.
Has this been resolved so I can also download the PSD files?
