I noticed that the drop down in the psd file is a lot nicer than the black only version on my site, and on the demo template.
This is how my site and the demo looks like:

Hi,
We are sorry for not updating the psd files after the release of template. Originally, the images you see in PSD files are created during concept design only but we change to the current menu for matching with the conversion process. We shall update the PSD files to match with the current demo immediately.
If you want to style as the original design, you can go skin\frontend\default\jm_galaxite\css\menu.css for revision. However, please note that you can not get the tittle at menu as psd file as magento does not support that feature.
