Hi Guys
We tried to duplicate one of the migrated products on our Magento 2 site today and the site stopped working and displayed the following error:
Error 504
Gateway Timeout: The server that you’re trying to access did not provide a response within the allowed time period.
We’re not sure what is causing this error but it we’ve had it before and it seems to happen when we try to duplicate any of the older (migrated) products. Do you know of any reason why this might be happening and how we might be able to resolve it?

That is a server’s issue only.
Do you know of any reason why this might be happening and how we might be able to resolve it?
I need a closer look to detect the root of issue you mentioned. Lets provide me more information about your instance:
+ Admin credentials and URL to back-end
+ SSH credentials and path to M2 folder
I will help to check further and get back you then.

Hi Mall. It seems like our server is in need of an upgrade so this might be causing an issue. We’ll look into it and hopefully this will resolve the issue. Thanks for replying.
