I purchase data migration pro after installing on server menu is appearing but when click on the menu it shows “Whoops our bad error” i installed 3.1.9 and my magento version is 2.3.2.

Hi Naveen,
The 404 issue might associate with the files, folder permission. If you’re using Nginx, please make sure you follow additional configuration steps as per our Readme manual that comes packed with the download package.
Meanwhile, we wonder if you have another paid profile at Ubertheme? We could not keep track of your purchase. Our technical support requires active subscription though.
