Hi There,
I tried clear the cache in SSH but i see this message http://prntscr.com/fekbm7
Please help me resolve or tell me how to clean it with command.

Hello, you should use php70 binary, not php one. Default one is too old for magento 2.1.
It’s not a simple cache problem, we always do cache disabling / refreshing or reindexing before opening a ticket with a company.

I need run command 

bin/magento setup:upgrade

Please let me run it. Because I see via admin not see the UB ContentSlider. Also, your site need run this command again.  Like suggest http://prntscr.com/few0vj
