Hi Christian,

Please give us a bit more time to follow up your case since we’re having a 7-Days Festival event from Jan 23 to Jan 29 which is the main and biggest festival event here. And our team is off on both Saturday and Sunday as well.

We’re terribly sorry for this unexpected circumstance and the inconvenience caused to you.

Thanks for your patience and support.

Sincerely,
Ubertheme team

Hi Christian,

I am sorry for replying to you this late as our team has just been back from our Festival Event.

Reminder! Before migrating data in the step #6, you have to complete migration in the step #2, but the step #2 is ready.

You need to run the step #2 and get ‘Finished’ status in this step first.

Regards,
Mall.

Hi Christian,

I have configured all processes correctly. The pecentage of the final is 0%. My version of magento is 2.3.3.

Please run the data migration step by step. After finishing needed settings in all steps of our migration tool, you can run the data migration by running these CLI command:
php -f bin/ubdatamigration run --step=2;
php -f bin/ubdatamigration run --step=3;

You can learn more about CLI commands in our Readme manual which is included in your download package.

Regards,
Mall.

Hi Christian,

I checked your site and saw that you have finished needed settings in all steps of your migration tool.

I tried to click ‘Run’ button in step #2 in your backend for testing and it was working fine: https://prnt.sc/quymar
And I didn’t see the issue you mentioned:

We have already tried CLI Command but it still shows the configuration error in step #2.

Please have a look again. And then, continue with the data migration in other steps as instructed in the Readme manual that comes packed with your download.

Regards,
Mall.
