Hi, I am getting an error in step 5 of one page checkout, when the customer review their order and clicks on the “Place order” button, the page does not move to next step of order confirmation. While the order details comes into database but user is not notified.

Sorry, At this time I am not allowed to share credentials with anyone, and it is working fine when it is on localhost the problem only comes when it is at live server… please suggest me the possible errors or settings.

Hi Ziven, Thanks for reply… I resolved the issue by enabling “mbstring” php extension on server but now I am facing another problem… After checkout and placing the order, Success page is not coming, rather it is returning to cart and all items still exist in the cart while order has been received on the store.
Is there something else which I need to enable on to the server? or any PHP extension?
