Fatal Error ( Out of memory) In Importing saledata

Hello,
I am importing data from Magento EE 1.12 to CE 2.1.
At Step -- 7 When i go to import only Sales Rules and promotions. It gives me error “Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated -1965555712) (tried to allocate 47 bytes) in /var/www/html/testmigrationtool/pub/ub-tool/yii/db/ar/CActiveRecord.php on line 1866”
I tried to increase size in php.ini but the same error.

Hi Manthan,
It’s pity that both our Lite and Pro version are available for Magento CE only.
Further, at present only UB Data Migration Pro is fully compatible with Magento CE 2.1, while the UB Data Migration Lite is compatible with Magento CE 2.0.7 only.
