I would like to have release 1.1.5 of the UBMega Menu module, as the next release is only for 2.3.X

Hi Isabel, 
 
It would be best if you can upgrade your instance to the latest Magento 2.3.4 with our UB Mega Menu v1.1.8. 
 
If you still need a copy of UB Mega Menu v1.1.5, we will send over upon your inquiry via the email.
