Grid View – Empty Slots

Hi.

Installed UB Bookshop and migrated data over from Magento 1.x/JM Bookshop using UB Data Migration tool.
The Grid View in UB Bookshop is generating empty product slots instead of populating them with products.
See the New Products block here:
https://elimbookshop.com
How can we get the empty slots to populate with products?
Please help
THanks
Paul

Hi Paul,
We wonder which version of UB Data Migration tool you did use. We could not find payment associated with the UB Data Migration Pro under your profile.
Meanwhile, since your subscription has expired for long since April, 2018. Please consider renewal to get access to the latest package of UB Bookshop.
Further, our technical support requires active subscription though. Thanks for your understanding.
Regards,
Ubertheme team

Hi Paul,

Thanks for sharing your site credentials.

Installed UB Bookshop and migrated data over from Magento 1.x/JM Bookshop using UB Data Migration tool.
The Grid View in UB Bookshop is generating empty product slots instead of populating them with products.

I had checked and see that you’re using an old version of our UB Bookshop theme (version: beta-1.0.4), while our latest UB Bookshop theme version at the moment is ver1.0.5 which is fully compatible with the latest Magento 2.2.6.
Under this circumstance, I highly recommend you consider upgrading your instance to the latest Magento, and our latest theme version. Since the update is beyond the scope of our standard support, you should handle the upgrade at your end.
We will work closely with you to resolve any issue once you complete the upgrade process.

Best Regards,
Ziven.

Hi Paul,

I completed the upgrade process but the site is now broken 🙁
I get this when i try to access the site https://elimbookshop.com.au
1 exception(s): Exception #0 (InvalidArgumentException): Required parameter ‘theme_dir’ was not passed Exception #0 (InvalidArgumentException): Required parameter ‘theme_dir’ was not passed #0

I tried to fix this issue for you. However, there’s still another step -- upgrading your Magento core. I saw this notice https://www.dropbox.com/s/68gscw9u72f350c/2018-10-25_08-49-23.png?dl=0 after running the CLI  php bin/magento setup:upgrade.
Since this relates to the Magento core upgrading, please help to handle at your end and resolve the issue I mentioned above first. Once done, I will help you check further.

For your information, below are the backup folders:
/public_html/app/design/frontend/bookshop.backup.older.version (Theme Backup)
/public_html/app/backup.older.version  (Code Backup)
Best Regards,
Ziven.

HI Ziven,
I have upgraded to Magento 2.2.6. The above issue you mentioned is resolved.
I archived previous UB Bookshop folders & Files. (I left your backups there).
I uploaded UB Bookshop Theme 1.0.5 again.
I still get the same error:
1 exception(s): Exception #0 (InvalidArgumentException): Required parameter ‘theme_dir’ was not passed Exception #0 (InvalidArgumentException): Required parameter ‘theme_dir’ was not passed #0
Appreciate if you can help.

(I note under the magento admin page, Content-->UB ThemHelper-->Configure, if I choose any of the settings for any of the available theme colors, I get a 404 page error.)
I have put the site in maintenance mode and exempted your IP addresses.

elimbook@b3s1-3b-syd [~/public_html]# bin/magento maintenance:enable --ip=58.6.228.227 --ip=118.70.176.221 --ip=113.190.254.239 --ip=113.190.252.133
Enabled maintenance mode
Set exempt IP-addresses: 58.6.228.227, 118.70.176.221, 113.190.254.239, 113.190.252.133

BTW, have removed SSH whitelisting for 113.190.252.133 as I needed the third SSH whitelisted IP for ourselves. Let me know if you need this address whitelisted for SSH.

Thanks.
Paul.
