I have installed the JM Deco theme using the quickstart package.
I have added paypal options to the checkout and enabled the sandbox for testing. I a;sp enabled the guest checkout feature, but the guest checkout feature is not working during the checkout process. What could I be doing wrong? And how can I fix this issue?

I found the solution on the Magento site. I have downloadable products so the following needed to be set to "No":
admin >> system >> config >> (left) catalog >> (middle) downloadable product options >> Disable Guest Checkout if cart contains downloadable items
