A suggestion: Consider preparing a complete installation guide in pdf, so your client does not need to spend hours on the forum after a simple question.
You imagine buying an automobile and every time you want to know something about the vehicle back in the shop? 
I understand that the issue is piracy of its information, but with it you mistreat customers who pay not correctly? Finally, these are marketing strategies, when the client is better served if he becomes a loyal customer.
