i just resubscribed for magento 2 templates, but seems like i am having some issues while downloading the files. it downloads with unknown file, cant be opened or unzipped. it says UB on them and i dont know what to do. please help. Thanks

Firefox, changing to chrome and it worked ok. But still having problems to install quick start which i am not sure which one is quick start folder in first place, other thing is, i have no idea why you guys making things more complicated. Firstly why will you take out basic extensions like slide show or mega menu or such. And then still call it have clone of demo site! i know you guys trying to make money but it should not be this way. I just subscribed again but very unhappy, i wish you can refund me my money and i dont want this problems and bad way of service! Shopify is billion times better then this hassle…

Actually, the theme MegaMall for Magento 1 and the theme UB MegaMall for Magento 2 are actually two separated themes.
To install UB MegaMall for Magento 2, you can check out the follow guides:

- How to configure UB MegaMall theme (without built-in M2 extensions)
- How to configure UB MegaMall theme (with full built-in M2 extensions)
For your other questions:

When upgrading to Magento 2, you will need to check with your extensions providers to see if the related extensions are available for Magento 2 yet.
How to migrate!
For migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2, it associates with various factors, including database and themes/extensions. Normally, users at Ubertheme will port the database to Magento 2 first (this is done as a separated task). Then they start integrating theme and extensions.
