I couldn’t find anything in the user guide about activating the extensions and setting up the home page. I’ve used other templates that required specific code on the home page, as well as static blocks to guide the code for the extensions. Am I missing something obvious?

OK, too many guides. Don’t know how I missed this. http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31720.
However, I still don’t have access to extensions in admin configuration (nothing appears…see my other post).
