How can I change the order of things showed in the right column?

Hi,

I want to change the order of things in my right column.. where should I change this? I have followed the three links given in "personalizing right column", but I didn’t see anything that can change the order. Any help will be much appreciated.

You should change in xml files in layout directory. which position you want to re order?

Which layout directory? I went to the app/design/frontend/default/jm_topaz/layout and only found 3 files there, page,xml, jmslideshow,xml, and jmrss.xml none of which holds the information for layout.. Thanks.

The layouts you should modify depend on which positions you want to re-order, please give us a screenshot or make a list of which position you want to change.

I know how to move the newsletter to other parts like header.. but I want the Cart to be on top, and then compare products, and newsletter after that, and I want to delete that phone picture with 24h customer service thing.

Which one should I modify? Thanks alot.
