May i know does it be necessary my Magento 2 be a clean version (without extension installed) in order to run Delta Migration?

Hi there,
After the first migration on either a fresh Magento 2 instance or an existing M2 instance with data, you can still proceed the delta migration.
However, there’re a few notes below:
For the first data migration phase:
If you want to use the ‘Keep Original IDs’option (learn about this setting via this article), your M2 must be a fresh instance.
For the delta data migration phase:
- If you did not enable the Keep Original IDs in your first migration, you can create test orders normally between your first migration and delta migration phase.
- In case you enable the Keep Original IDs, you can create test orders, however you have to remove all such data before proceeding delta migration. Otherwise, there will be conflict during your delta migration phase.

does it mean Delta migration will still working after i install several extensions?

It would be best if you can proceed data migration and verify all migrated data first. Once done, you start with the theme and extension integration.
If you still insist on install extensions before the delta migration phase, you can do so. However, we highly recommend you complete all data migration first and foremost, as noted above.
