Hi, I would like to have 1mega menu with content A for desktop site, and at the same time, I want to have content B for mobile in the same mega menu key, what possible solution for this issue? for example, content a is included home, contact us, brands…., but in mobile content is category, details, my account. and I’m not sure the shortcode that can call different Ubertheme megamenu in magento file level (theme_header.phtml) without Magento block.

I’m afraid that the request is beyond the support scope of our UB MegaMenu module.
However you can give it a try yourself by following our suggestion below:
1. Disable current main menu in Mobile via CSS
2. In the header of your site, add a new block with UB MegaMenu content via widget feature.
Once done, Styling to show this menu in Mobile only.
