I am using the Pharmacy theme from Techzone and I have the 3 static blocks at the bottom
“Free Shipping, Saving Money and Customer Support”

I need to change the text and the space between and it is not aligned center either. Where so I go for this?

There is a static block called “UB Pharmacy -- Shipping services” but it doesn’t seem to be the one that is linking because there is no text in there now and the front-end still shows the text.

You can go to the admin-> CMS -> Static Blocks -> ub-pharmacy-shipping-services and change to code like you want.
