Hi Mel Yuson,
We wonder if you have followed our guideline section 4. Server Configuration in our Readme.html file? (This instruction is included in your download package). Meanwhile, kindly check your file, folder permission as well.
If the issue still persists, please provide us SSH (with root permission) and your M2 site admin credentials, we will check further and help you out.
