how to fix it

Hello,

we are unable to reconnect the database for the delta process. when we are open the extension in Magento admin then it will return “CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection.”,  can we disable the extension and reinstall the extension then the extension configuration will reset or not. so we can run the delta process

No. In order to run delta migration, you have to continue with the instance with our module that you run the migration for the first time.

It seems that you changed the servers or you changed databases credentials after the first migration.

Please check and update with the correct databases credentials in the configuration file of our module at: pub/ub-tool/protected/config/db.php
