How to get a refund?

We are so sad to receive your message. However, we am afraid our refund is applicable within 7 days only, you made a payment on 3rd January. Hope you understand.
Could you tell me why you want to refund? You are not happy with our theme or there is something happen while installing quickstart?
As suggestion of my team mate, please consider to remove plugin GTspeed plugin, it causes the issue of your store as screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/un3044pvo7r0g6i/wrong_css.png?dl=0.

Hi,
I would like to get a refund because I’m not happy with the theme and it was very slow even before I installed the GTspeed plugin, I installed it trying to make the theme run faster. Also I mentioned that I want to get a refund on the 5th January in my first question and even before that in chat message on your website. When I asked about refund in your chat it took them more than 24 hours to reply, and they suggested me to ask here about theme running slow. Then it took more than 7 days here to receive an answer suggesting me how to improve my theme, which does not really solve my issue. It takes a very long time to get a get a reply here and technically I asked for a refund in my first question, but no one helped me to resolve the problem nor to get a refund in the first 7 days after my question. Could, you please issue a refund for me, as I asked for it within 7 days after purchase.
