I installed the extension on Magento 2 community but I want to import from Magento Enterprise, so is this tool able to do this because I know that attributes on Magento Enterprise are different than community version.

The tool supports the following Magento versions:
Magento CE 1.x: 1.6.0.2 and later, 1.7.x, 1.8.x, 1.9.x
Magento CE 2.0.0 and later
