How to install this sportsgear theme?

Hi,
Can you guide me how to install this sportsgear theme?
I already have my own magento2 installation completed.
Can I just copy the whole folder ub_sportsgear_beta_1.0.1 into app/design/frontend ?
After i downloaded UB file, it does not work at all.
I just need to rename that file into UB.zip so that I can unzip it.
When I done unzip it, i got the following folders below
-- PSD
-- ub_sportsgear_beta_1.0.1
-- ub_sportsgear_qs_without_ext
Which one should I choose? Please advise.

It seems you’re new our product. We highly recommend you use the quickstart package ub_sportsgear_qs_without_ext which helps you get Magento and our theme installed as per our demo. Here you can find the userguide for Quickstart installation.
