Are there instructions available to make a menu item for a category in JM Sulfur? Right now, I just have the HOME menu item. I have created product categories and cleared the cache.
Is there something different that needs to be done to create menu items when using Joomlart Magento Templates?

There’s nothing different that need to be done to create menu items when using joomlart magento template. Please check the parameter "include in navigation" when you edit category in admin. If it is "no", please change to "yes".

Dear thangnn1510, I have those settings set. I have also cleared cache:
System / Flush Magento Cache
System / Flush Cache Storage
Please note that I even have cache disabled since I am currently developing the site: http://www.paulbryanjr.com/

I have checked your site and see that you have wrong setting. I have fixed for you. Please create a root category and set it for the root store. You also need move all your categories to become children of root category. It is shown now.

Thank you for your help Thangnn1510 I have been a happy Joomlart customer for about 2 years now. This is the first time I work with Magento and appreciate the help you provided.
