I am needing some technical support. I am still using Magento 1 and have not migrated to the 2nd version.
I am finding problem with my back admin panel to change things but surprisingly it has lost some functionality to enter in pictures to upload Please advise Needing your assistance URGENTLY Looking forward to your soonest reply

which is an issue of Magento Core (relate to uploaded adobe flash). Please check again if you got the latest Adobe Flash for Chrome? https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
You can cross check this by using the latest Firefox. This works fine in my FireFox (59.0.3 (64-bit)) https://www.dropbox.com/s/ccmeji8tjlcydz9/2018-05-09_16-40-25.png?dl=0
Meanwhile, please consider having your subscription renewed. As our technical support requires active subscription though.

I have downloaded the Flash player and is in my control panel on pc

Did you follow the steps about the upload of images and took note of problem?

To renew your subscription, please log in and navigate to your profile page, you should see the renewal button.

I am still puzzled about the dropbox Why must I have it? All i have requested that the problem of upload of images be restored/ repaired I have paid much to when the website was developed. No subscriptrion was mentioned as hidden costs Why do I need the subscription What does it give me.??
I have already paid Guru Technologies to retrieve my USERNAME and Password [For my PC crashed and was replaced and info was lost] with the intention to fix or as he recommended to replace the Magento platform to something else.I paid in advance over $100 and I am weary to keep paying for something that is not solving the problem I dont mind if I know that $56 SUBSCRIPTION is going to fix everything for me ?
