How are you doing? Okay, so I recently purchased UB Data Migration Pro (3.1.0) and I am facing Error 500 after the installation of your extension on Magento 2. I’ve configured everything properly (according to Docs) but still I am facing the issue. Whenever I go to the UB Data Migration tool, it shows me the error. Please see the screenshots.
Can you please guide me to the fullest or will you help me in the complete process of migration so these kinds of errors won’t repeat? I await your earliest response, as it’s an urgent query.
MemcachePool::get(): Server 188.8.131.52 (tcp 22, udp 0) failed with: Malformed VALUE header (0)
The Pro version 3.1.0 does not support memecache yet. The reason was that there was no stable php memcache version for PHP7 at that time. For Pro v3.1.0, please switch to the file cache option as per default settings of our tool in the cache configuration file at:
Anyway, we highly recommend you upgrade to the latest Pro ver 3.1.7 which already supports memecache. It’s also compatible with the latest Magento 2.2.7 and Magento 2.3.0.
Further, renewing your subscription is needed to access our technical support (your subscription has expired for long).
The 404 error refers to the files / folder permission. The permissions in our /pub/ub-tool are at 775 for directories and 664 for files. Please check again at your end.
Anyway, we highly recommend you consider upgrading to the latest Pro version, which is fully compatible with Magento 2.2.7 and Magento 2.3.0.
Further, as mentioned before, renewing your subscription is required to access both technical support and download area.
thanks for you quick reply all folders and sub folder has permission of 0777 and and files are with permission 0664.
But still the same issue occuers
If you use Nginx server, please make sure you also follow additional configuration steps as per our Readme.html included in your download package.
Please check once again about the files/folder permission.
If the issue still persists then, please have your subscription renewed, we will work closely further with you then.
Thanks for your understanding.
