I just spent 120 bucks with you guys for a very nice looking template. Except the whole reason that I spent the money with you guys was to get a default example store set up so I could learn from it. Since I am short on time and new to magento. But then I come to find that you guys want to charge me 40 bucks to log into my box and set it up just like the demo? What a Joke.
I appreciate the design and maybe I misread wherever it was that you said it would cost me an additional 40 bucks to get an example installation. But I am not pleased.

Thank you for your purchase of JM Purity. However, I think there is a misunderstanding here.
1. So you are new to Magento and we are willing to help. However you need to tell us how to help! I do not even know what problem you have.
2. The $120 is the template price which does not include the installation service. (I believe you know this before purchase) and you need to install the template your self with the detailed userguide we provide . We are not charging you any extra $40, this is the fee for our installation service if you want to us to do everything for you.
3. During your effort to install, if you have any problem and difficulties, we are here to help. I see that you have submitted the host + magento admin account and I am now getting one of our staff to looking to your site
4. I feel it is not fair for us with your statement that "we are ripping you off". We do offer moneyback guarantee, if anyone here agree with your statement, I will immediately give you a full refund.

To your website is like the template demo, before install this website, you have to install the magento-sample-data.

Just to explain things a little clearer:
The install of Magento is simply the standard install you can get from the URL JA Developer has provided. As Magento isn’t a JA product -- you’re probably better off paying the $40 for JA to install it for you, whereas Magento themselves charge you $149!!

If you wish to install Magento yourself first and then apply the template then you’ll save the installation money.
It’s a better experience (if you know what you’re doing) installing Magento yourself -- it’s pretty similar to installing Joomla.
Once you’ve installed Magento, you can login in the backend and then install the Purity template you have bought from JA.
