How do I obtain the latest version of this software I already purchased -- (M2) UB Data Migration Pro Extension Update – Version 3.1.7

    Please help as the product I purchased does not work with the store we are now trying to transfer to m2?

    We are now stuck with this M1 to M2 Migration due to the version change of this extension.

Hi Kevin, 

Please help as the product I purchased does not work with the store we are now trying to transfer to m2?

Could you let us know the specific issue you mentioned in more details? Also please provide us the following credentials so that we can take a closer look: 

  • URL and admin credentials of your M2 instance
  • SSH credentials of your M2 instance
  • Let us know the path to your M2 directory
